Returns Eligibility

  • Time Frame: You may return eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date as indicated by the carrier's tracking information.

  • Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition, including the original packaging, unused, and undamaged. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product shows signs of wear, use, or damage.

  • Customizable Products: Please note that customized or personalized products are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or are defective.
     

Return Process

  1. Request a Return Authorization Number (RAN): To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales.support@jocrafter.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). This number is essential for processing your return, so please include the following details in your email:

    • Your full name

    • Order number

    • Product(s) you wish to return

    • Reason for the return

    • Any relevant images (if the product is damaged or defective)

  2. Receive RAN: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to proceed with your return.

  3. Pack the Items: Carefully pack the product(s) you are returning in their original packaging, ensuring they are protected and secure during transit. Include the RAN provided by our customer service team.

  4. Shipping Costs: Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure your return is received.

  5. Return Shipment: Ship the item(s) to the address provided with the RAN. Be sure to write the RAN on the outside of the package.

  6. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive the returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria. If approved, we will process your return within 2 business days.

  7. Refund or Exchange: Depending on your preference and product availability, we will either issue a refund to your original payment method or provide an exchange for an eligible replacement item.
